A4 prints: £1

A3 prints: £2.50

This pricing is due to the weight of the wallpapers making it harder to transport. This price-point ensures safe and quick shipping.

International Shipping (outside the UK)

Wallpaper roll shipping cost: 1-2 rolls: £14, 3-4 rolls: £24, 5 and up: £34

A4 prints shipping cost: £3.65

Customs and Duties (International Orders outside the UK)

Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes applicable in their country.

Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at Landl.atelier@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

On rare instances, there may be issues with wallpaper sample product supplying. Because of this, the shipment of your wallpaper sample may be delayed. In this instance, you will be notified immediately and our team will be in touch.

What is your return policy?

At L&L Atelier, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and stress-free.

Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe:
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition:
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Steps to Return an Item

1. Email our customer service team at Landl.atelier@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping and custom costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges, simply return your old item (if un-used, un-damaged and in original packaging) and re-order your preferred option.

We take great care to ensure our products are flawless, but occasionally, defects may occur. If you discover a defect, please stop the installation process immediately and contact L&L Atelier at Landl.atelier@gmail.com

Where are your products produced?

All our wallpaper products are produced by our suppliers in Lancashire, England. As our company specialises in textile design, we focus solely on the design process of all products and leave most of the product manufacturing to skilled crafts-people that provide a higher quality to our products. However, all our art prints are printed in our studio in Norfolk.

Where do you ship to and what currencies do you take?

We ship anywhere within the USA, Canada or the UK. Because of this, we take both Pound sterling, US dollar and Canadian dollar currencies.
